Welcome to Naadia’s Candle Co. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.  Product Information

We do our best to accurately display the colors, scents, and details of our candles. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and variations in monitors or mobile displays, the actual item may vary slightly in appearance or color from what is shown online.

2.  Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during holidays or special promotions). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier errors, natural disasters, or holidays. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.

3.  Returns & Damages Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot resell returned items and therefore do not issue refunds for change of mind.

However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace the item under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging must be emailed to: hello@naadiascandleco.com
  • If more than 72 hours pass after confirmed delivery, we cannot offer a replacement or refund—no exceptions

4. Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom orders (including wedding, holiday, or special event candles) are made to order. Custom and wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun. Please review all proofs and order details carefully before approval.

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be discussed before finalizing the order. If you need rush processing, please contact us in advance.

5.  Payment

All payments are processed securely via Authorize.net. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. Orders must be paid in full before shipping or production begins.

6. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Follow proper candle care and burn instructions provided with your order to ensure safe use.

Naadia’s Candle Co. is not liable for injuries or damages caused by misuse or neglect of candle products.

7.  Changes to Terms

Naadia’s Candle Co. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
